Include skills or languages section on the top of your resume, after the summary, if your language skills are related to the position you are applying or will benefit the employer. Besides a section for language skills, you may also highlight them at the top of your resume in your summary.
There are different schools of thought among resume specialists, with some arguing in favor of creating a separate section for languages and others arguing that this information should simply be highlighted within the skills or qualifications section.
